Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – LEAP LENS(LL19) Please note that LEAP LENS – 19 is a non-cancellable and non-refundable diagnostic session. Once your session is booked, time is set aside exclusively for you—with review and preparation invested in advance. We appreciate your understanding and commitment. Participants are responsible for ensuring stable connectivity and availability at the scheduled time. In case of missed sessions or disruptions due to issues on the participant’s side, no rescheduling or refund will be provided. However, if there is a technical issue, delay, or disruption from our end, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time and date. We appreciate your understanding and request that you honor the commitment made at the time of booking.
